Can I change or cancel my order?

We accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, unless you did not receive your order within 21 business days. If this is the case, please contact thefrogblobs@gmail.com and we may issue you a replacement or refund. Please note, we will only issue one replacement. If it does not reach its destination the second time, unfortunately, we cannot send another replacement.
